Operation:

1. The legs of the  machine must touch the ground.
2. Before running, the machine should be placed on a flat ground.
3. Put  the flour into a bucket first, adding the 50% water to mix,  running for  8-10 minutes.
4. Do not put your hands into the machine when the  machine is running.  Do not touch the switch with wet  hands. Must cover the lid when the  machine is running.

5.Take the dough out after turning the bucket 90 degree.
