Multi Enzyme is a high-activity, multi-enzyme liquid concentrate formulated for cleaning and detergent applications requiring superior stain removal across protein, starch, oil, and cellulose-based soils. This off-white to light brown liquid combines four synergistic enzyme systems — Cellulase, Protease, Alpha-Amylase, and Lipase — each standardized at 12,500 IU/ml, delivering consistent, batch-to-batch performance for industrial and household cleaning applications.

Key Benefits

  • Protease (12,500 IU/ml) — breaks down protein-based stains: blood, egg, sweat, grass
  • Alpha-Amylase (12,500 IU/ml) — targets starch-based stains: gravy, chocolate, sauces
  • Lipase (12,500 IU/ml) — dissolves oil, grease, and fatty stains
  • Cellulase (12,500 IU/ml) — softens fabric, brightens color, removes embedded soil from cotton-blend fibers
  • Microbiologically compliant: TVAC, yeast/mould, E. coli, Salmonella, and S. aureus all meet pharma-grade specification limits
  • Suitable for liquid detergents, laundry pods, pre-treatment sprays, and industrial fabric/surface cleaning concentrates

Applications

Liquid & powder detergent formulation · fabric wash concentrates · pre-soak stain removers · institutional & commercial cleaning · textile processing

Usage Instructions / Dosage

  • Recommended dosage: 0.3%–1.0% w/w in final formulation, depending on desired stain-removal intensity and soil load
  • Add during the cool-down phase of formulation (below 40°C) to protect enzyme activity — avoid high-heat or high-pH (>10.5) processing stages
  • Compatible with anionic surfactant systems (e.g., SLES, LABSA); test compatibility with strong oxidizing agents (bleach) and cationic surfactants, which can deactivate enzymes
  • Pre-dissolve or dilute in a small aliquot of the base before full-batch addition for uniform dispersion

Storage

Store in an airtight container, away from moisture, at a temperature not exceeding 25°C. Keep away from direct sunlight and oxidizing agents.
