Our product designers approached the Mission 130L duffel in true alpine style:
make an expedition duffel that is ultra-durable and weather-resistant; keep it simple, clean, and in the best style possible, where every decision matters. Constructed from a single piece of BD PET 900D polyester fabric, less than 1% of the body fabric that is thrown away, the Mission duffel takes 66% fewer steps to build than traditional expedition duffels and weighs only 2.5 lbs—making it one of the lightest expedition duffels. Featuring an industry-first Circular Construction, the Mission duffel is made from a single polymer material, and after years of use and abuse, the Mission duffel can be widely recycled without deconstruction (except for removing the metal buckles and zipper feet). Finally, trading extra features for streamlined simplicity and packability, the Mission Duffel features a single center zipper and a combined webbing bail handle that doubles as a shoulder strap, and the whole duffel packs down to the size of a guidebook.
