SUNCAT DE is a high-performance, pre-blended sunscreen active system designed to provide broad-spectrum protection against both UVA and UVB radiation. This optimized combination of modern UV filters ensures enhanced photostability, high SPF efficiency, and ease of formulation.

 

SUNCAT DE uses a unique encapsulation technology to stabilize the chemical UV filter in the sunscreen to ensure a long-lasting and consistent sun protection factor (SPF). The water-based encapsulating properties of SunCat sunscreens make them easier to apply, even without being absorbed by the skin, so they are non-sensitizing and stay on the skin longer and safer, allowing for the simplest and least amount of sunscreen combination to achieve a stable, consistent broad-spectrum high sunscreen standard.

It is especially suitable for creams, lotions, gels, sprays, and serums, offering excellent compatibility with cosmetic bases.

 

How to Use (Formulation Guide)

  • Add SUNCAT DE in the last phase of your formulation after emulsification is done
  • Temperature should be below 45 C
  • Ensure uniform mixing for consistent SPF performance ( 3000rpm recommend)
  • Combine with emulsifiers and stabilizers as required

pH Stability Range: 4 – 8
Suitable for: O/W and W/O emulsions, anhydrous systems
