The Takenoko Bell Tent lets you create a glamping experience anywhere you go. The perfect tent for a group to relax, dine, and sleep, all under one versatile roof. Glorious Canvo roof allows the tent to breathe so it never gets muggy. All walls convert to mesh or wide open to let in the breeze. The included floor can be taken out to make the tent useful all day, drag a picnic table undercover and don’t worry about muddy boots when you have the floor removed. Install the sleeping chamber (sold separately) to divide the space into two separate rooms for privacy.

  • Approximately 150 square feet of luxurious interior space ensures comfort and freedom of movement.
  • Canvo roof creates a deep shadow and reduces condensation and polyester walls make this tent lightweight.
  • All-season design with a cool, shaded interior for summer and reduced wind entry for colder months.
  • Full-door structure for 360-degree access, creating an openness similar to an open tarp.
  • Removable floor section for customizable dirt floor space to suit different camping preferences.
  • Integrated top and side ventilators, adjustable from inside, for effective climate control.

Canvo is a mix of cotton and polyester. Compared to polyester, Canvo provides a superior camping experience. The material breathes so the tent does not become humid, it’s quieter in the wind, and it’s more durable. Canvo is commonly used for tents in Europe and Japan. It is used less commonly in North America due to the cost. In an effort to introduce Canvo tents to the North American market, DOD is offering our line of Canvo tents at prices competitive to polyester tents. You can learn more about Canvo tents here.
